Digital Assault AI ("we," "us"), a DBA of Performance Digital Marketing LLC, operates digitalassault.ai from Meridian, Idaho. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Text messaging (SMS) consent

We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — including the platforms your membership runs on (such as GoHighLevel, Vendasta and deal.ai), payment processors, and analytics providers — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure site usage, and conversion tracking from advertising platforms where applicable. You can limit cookies through your browser settings; the site works without them.

Data retention & security
